WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

 

Ky Ky Kids provide two day delivery within the Republic of Ireland.
Please note:

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.

Orders placed Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday

Orders placed over a Bank Holiday period will take an extra day for delivery.

 

WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Fast, reliable and secure deliveries to our customers is our main priority, so all our deliveries are sent securely via Fastway Couriers. To receive your order, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery during the hours of 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

International standard deliveries are sent via An Post. For registered international delivery please contact us for pricing.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

We offer free delivery on all Ireland/UK orders over €80 & all international orders over €100

Standard secure delivery charges are as follows:

All orders within the Republic of Ireland are €6.50
All orders to the United Kingdom are €12
All international orders are €20

Delivery charges will apply on all orders dispatched abroad and will be calculated at checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched which will include a  Fastway tracking number. Please copy and paste the tracking number into Fastway’s tracking system ‘Track Your Parcel'

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS?

It's very simple, if your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund (in full or partial).  After the 7 day Cooling Off Period goods cannot be refunded.

Returns can only be authorised under the following conditions:

  • Goods should be returned within 7 days Cooling Off Period (from the day of receiving goods)
  • Goods received damaged or faulty (Ky Ky  Kids must be notified immediately of any damaged or faulty goods)
  • The wrong goods delivered.
  • All Items must be carefully packed, folded and returned unused and in resalable condition in original packaging with tags still intact.  Once the goods have been returned and fully inspected a refund can be authorised
  • A refund for the price of the goods (less shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days from when the goods have been returned
  • We highly recommend returning items via a registered service as Ky Ky Kids can not be held responsible for returned goods if lost or damaged in transit. Under the cooling off period, the customer assumes full responsibility for returning the goods including all shipping costs incurred.
  • Once we have received your returns it will generally take up to 5 working days for your card to be refunded, depending on your card issuer.

  • SALE ITEMS, please note there is no return, refund or exchanged allowed.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS:

We take great care to ensure that your goods are packed carefully to arrive in perfect original condition, however in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or with a fault, we can accept returns providing they are returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please note: This does not include damage or faults caused by misuse of the item(s) or failure to follow correct washing and care instructions.

In the event you receive goods damaged or with a fault, we will endeavour to either repair or replace the goods. If this is not possible or the goods are no longer available then a full refund will be offered.
